1. Identity & Account Security

We work to reduce fake profiles and bots by combining phone/email verification with optional advanced checks. In the apps you can:

• Verify your identity and keep your account recovery options up to date.
• Enable stronger login security in the Security section of Settings.
• Review and revoke active sessions from other devices.

2. On-Date Safety Tools

The native apps include an in-date Safety Console inspired by the designs you see on the Vis-à-Vis website, including:

• Discreet "Call Manager" options during a live date.
• Tools to share date details with trusted contacts.
• Clear reporting flows if something feels unsafe.

As we expand the web experience, similar safety shortcuts will be surfaced in your reservations and invitations views.

3. Deposits & Anti-Flake Design

Our escrow-based deposit model is designed to reduce no-shows and increase accountability. Deposits are held until the visit is confirmed at the venue, released or refunded according to the published rules, and visible in your wallet history for transparency.

4. Blocking & Reporting

If you experience harassment, disrespectful behavior, or anything that violates our guidelines, you can block and report users from the matches or messages views. Reports are reviewed and may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

5. Emergency & Law Enforcement

In an emergency, always contact your local authorities first. Where legally appropriate and technically possible, we may support investigations by sharing relevant account and event information, in line with our Privacy Policy and local regulations.
